John Hoffart leads Acquisitions and Project Management for the Tamarack portfolio.

Prior to joining Tamarack, John spent 13 years at DiNapoli Capital Partners, most recently as Senior Vice-President. At DCP he was involved in over $1.0 billion dollars of real estate transactions across hotel, office, muliti-family and senior housing products.

John also project managed more than $100 million of hotel capital renovations including brand conversions in urban and resort locations. In addition, he managed a portfolio of self-managed, brand-managed and third party-managed hotel assets.

John began his career as an Acquisitions Analyst for Triple Net Properties, a diversified real estate investment and management company based in Orange County, CA.

​

John completed his undergraduate education at the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. While at UCLA John was a member of the men’s basketball team from 2000-2004.
